1. Returns & Replacement

  • We accept return and replacement requests on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly supplied.
    • The wrong item or quantity was delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Products returned without original packaging or seal.
  • Partially-consumed or used items.
  • Products reported after the 7-day window.
  • Perishable items with no damage, defect, or issue in correctness.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Email us at connect@sanjeevanikesang.com or call our customer care with your Order ID, issue details, and photo evidence (if applicable).
  • Our team will arrange pickup for eligible items or share instructions for returning the product.
  • Please retain original packaging until the return is processed.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, returns can only be processed as per the above policy.
  • For cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing your order.
